Wink RE: Before & after plus story (again)
I was looking for inspiration and WOW did I ever find it. Thank you for letting me know that there are women out there that can get it off and keep it off. AND did it gradually not too fast. I am prediabetic. Emailed Mr. Moore last night. He invited me to read some articles and to join here. Okay---plan on walking again tomorrow.
BTW thanks for sharing

Very inspiring!

That's how I want ot eat. Fruits, vegetables, high0quality meats, full fat dairy, nuts and good fats!
I know some people advise against eating so many fruits but I'm afraid that if I lose the weight so fast and add fruits back I will start gaining it back!
Besides I love my fruits! And I'll never let go of the notion that they're good for me :]

I haven't been losing any weight and that has upset me.
But reading this is very encourgaing. You are right, it's better to lose it slowly and enjoy food than torture and limit yourself!
Thank you for sharing! <3

Zyarah,

You look AWESOME!! I'm brand new here after picking up on this site during web researching the NUWAVE oven. I'm waiting on it's delivery as I write this. If there ever was an AD for Nuwave, this group is it! Wink

About three years ago, I went on the Adkins diet and lost heaps of weight. I felt and looked so much better than when I weighed out at around 180. (I'm 5'3") Uh, huh. Well, I fell off the wagon, my weight is back up again, and though I tried the plan again, it didn't start working. It's like my body remembered, and didn't want to do it again.

I must say, that this is the most fun place I've found for low carb support. You guys are so great. I think I'll try this again, this is such a great support group!

Congratulations! You look amazing!

Rosey
