Ok I was wondering if anyone knows if you can purchase atkins products such as the protein drinks and bars and protein powder for that fact with food stamps. It's just a simple question. If anyone knows I would love to know myself lol.

My guess would be yes indeed. I was on food stamps back when I was raising my babies. Anything that is considered food can be purchased with food stamps including candy and pop ( soda ). You can also purchase vegetable seeds for gardening. But I must add that meats, eggs, produce, cheeses etcetera can also be purchased with food stamps and it would be like killing a few birds with one stone. You can easily do Atkins without dropping a dime on Atkins products.

Nope. Not necessary at all. It's just a convenience.

Exactly, you can easily do Atkins on a tight budget. There is absolutely no need to use any dietary aid. Use real food, it tastes so much better and is more cost effective.Oh, you can also purchase vitamins with food stamps.
