I have found two recipes I'm thinking of trying for a cheesecake for Christmas. Question is... the one recipe calls for 1 cup splenda... how much Truvia would that be to equal it? The other one calls for liquid splenda so I don't know that either. Does anyone know how to convert either of them? It doesn't matter to me which one I use.

Ok.. I did some more checking and found this...

One packet is equal to two tsps. of sugar

10 packets = 1/2 cup

Wouldn't it take 12 packets to equal the sweetness of half a cup of sugar?

1 cup sugar = 16 tablespoons = 48 teaspoons = 24 packets

That is what I get for not doing the math myself, I took someone else's word for it. Thanks Linda Sue, as always you are the best!!
