Dr Eades gives several good suggestions in his new book, but I thought it might be interesting to collect together other people's recipes for their favourite shakes.
I notice that Jimmy is making a chocolate blueberry shake. In a similar vein I tried adding 1T of cocoa to the Wild Berry shake from the book and it was awesome.
Mocha shake - using 1 cup of cold decaf coffee for the water and adding 1T cocoa and some chocolate macadamia sf syrup. Kind of hits the spot in the mid-afternoon.

Looking forward to other ideas.

So far my favorite breakfast shake is pretty simple. I remove the Splenda from the recipe and add 3-4 squirts of sugar free banana Davinci syrup instead.
