no carb trans fat free whipped cream
I was at Publix today and noticed Land O' Lakes has a new aerosol no sugar (sweetened with Splenda), no trans fat spray whipped cream! I bet it is good! I was told on one website to stay away from prepared whipped creams because of trans fats but this one doesn't have any (no sugar, also!). I would have bought some but already have 3 cans of whipped cream at home!Big Grin

It is good. I have used it several times. You can also find it at Wal Mart in our area anyway.

The prepared whipped cream containing trans fats are whipped creams like Cool Whip, not the aerosols like Reddi Whip or Land O Lakes. Also it is easy to make homemade whipped cream with a good quality heavy whipping cream. I never add sugar to mine.

I just made whip cream for the first time using heavy cream and a little vanilla and liquid stevia. It only took a few minutes and is far better than anything Ive ever had from a can or tub.

That sounds great and much better than a canned whipped cream.
