Millions of people are living with Type 2 diabetes today and have no idea that their condition could be clinically CURED by implementing the kind of low-carb strategies that Adam Campbell wrote about in Men’s Health magazine in November 2006. But with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) telling diabetics they can be on a low-fat, high-carb diet and eat just about whatever they’d like as long as they take their diabetes drugs and insulin, the problem is never solved (while the companies making the insulin and prescriptions continue to get richer and richer!). That’s why I like the approach that my podcast interview guest today has used for over a decade to control the impact of his diabetes.

I will be listening to this when I get home from work. I do believe that there is a cure for diabetes and I also believe that there is a cause. Erase the cause, you will find the cure.

Enjoyed the podcast. Some people out there are getting it, despite the mainstream medical establishment. Too bad many of us have to find out the hard way.

No one has ever been cured of diabetes. The best you can do is put it into permanent remission by normalizing your blood sugars. A low carb diet is an excellent tool toward that goal.

I find it really interesting that some people say diabetes can be cured and some say it can't -- only put into "remission" as long as you maintain weight loss and/or low-carb. Having been recently kinda-sorta diagnosed, I am clinging to the hope that I can be "cured."
