Has anyone lost on gluten free diet? I have been doing it a month and can't tell a difference scale wise but stomach seems flatter. Which gives better results-glutten free or low carb?

Why does it have to be one or the other? I do both.

I don't think you can be low carb without being gluten free - unless low carb means low quantities of gluten containing foods (but it would have to be very low...)

In answer to your question - low carb all the way! look better and feel better is a winning combo

I lost 50 pounds on a ketogenic diet early 2012. I have kept it off ever since on a low carb high fat diet. My weight is now stable and "normal" for the first time in my adult life

One of the problems of "just" being gluten free means that you can still be eating a lot of sugar. Gluten free does not necessarily mean healthy or low carb....it can mean high sugars and all sorts of frankenfoods with chemicals.

Any or all of those may impact your overall health, even though you've eliminated gluten.
