Coconut porridge

2-3 eggs
1 tbsp coconut flour
100 ml whipping cream or coconut milk
a pinch of salt

Whisk together all ingredients in a saucepan and cook together, stir until it gets porridge consistency. Serve with berries and and a dash of whipping cream/coconut milk.

Ahh, that looks divine ... hungry now! Anything with coconut milk is right up my street!
