Well, I have not seen a thread on this...probably because Linda Sue is the moderator, and too modest

This site is invaluable! There are literally hundreds of recipes and the majority of them have pictures of the finished product. The instructions are very clear, the nutritional information is accurate and reliable, and LindaSue has even taken the time to rate each recipe, which I find extremely helpful!

All of the recipes I have made are affordable (very few special ingredients), easy to prepare, and delicious! Even the beginner cooks I know enjoy making these recipes!

Way to go Linda! PLEASE keep up the great work!

My family and I love Linda's recipes. I use her recipes more than any of my LC cookbooks.

I totally agree - LInda Sue's recipes are better than any cookbook I have found yet. I have not tried a single recipe that wasn't fabulous. And she has tried every one and rates each recipe too. It's one of my favorite sites! Thank you Linda Sue! Marie

PS Just tonight I made Rachael's Hungarian Turkey Burgers Studded with Smoked Gouda from Linda Sue's site. Ground turkey mixed with minced red onion, red bell pepper, paprika, parsley, and diced smoked gouda. We cooked them on the grill and they were just great and quick to prepare too. Who's dieting anyway???

I love to peruse Linda Sue's site! I made the low carb deep dish pizza the other night and it was DELISH. Even my husband looked longingly at my "diet pizza" while he toyed with his spaghetti! ROFL

Count me in too! I was praising her site and linked her from my blog last week. As I was making my grocery list today, I clicked on Linda's site and made my list from all the good stuff I'm going to try.

One question Linda, how do you get such wonderful pictures of your finished food product? They look professional, like Kraft took the picture.

Thanks! It's just me and my el cheapo digital camera. I don't have a clue about photography. I just snap a bunch of pictures, choose the best one and edit it in Paint Shop Pro until it looks nice. What's really a challenge is trying to get a dish that looks like it's been eaten once before to look like something edible, LOL. Some foods simply aren't photogenic.

I think those are the best, because when I make one, I know it's SUPPOSED to look that way, and I didn't do anything wrong LOL

I must admit that looking at ugly food has never stopped me from eating it or enjoying it if it tasted good.

I made a big batch of the Mexican Spinach and Hamburger casserole the other day and have been bringing it in for lunch. When you first make it , it looks pretty good, but after a few days it still tastes really good but looks kind of ugly. The guys in the shop kept asking me why I would eat such gross food every day. The next day I brought in what was left and gave everyone a small tupperware jar to try. They christened it low carb glop :rolleyes:but they also want me to bring in a whole casserole next week for lunch. Real ugly but real delicious.

Don't get out much, Linda?

That's a common cultural phrase for giving love and respect for someone. It's a great compliment.
