Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Discussion

I went shopping this weekend in Canton, TX & found a booth that sold microwave pork rinds in 4 flavors (plain, bbq, garlic & spicy). You can cook only as many pieces as you want.

Also they had low carb dips & tuna/chicken mix-ins.

They do not have a website to order from, but it has their email & phone # & they ship daily.

They used to sell microwave pork rinds at Wal-Mart near the microwave popcorn. It came in bags just like the popcorn so you had to "pop" the whole bag at one time. I bought them a couple of times but they didn't cook consistently and they would either burn or I'd end up with a lot of "pellets". I also wasn't crazy about the dry texture of the pork rinds because they weren't fried in fat. They had that "sawdust" texture that some brands have that makes you choke it you're not careful about inhaling while eating them. I can't even remember the brand anymore.
