Is there a way to get with the Tech guys and have this corrected? It sure does slow things down when I am posting. I've never had this happen on other sites before. Thanks so much!!

Kathy, just be patient and wait out the 14 seconds! LOL

That does happen to me every now and then when I'm trying to go to everyone's journal to post a "howdy" or something. I just use that extra waiting time for meditation.

You must not visit Low Carb Friends then. They have the same rule over there.

Loads of sites have it. I have suffered with this before also
