Before photo is christmas 2005

After photo is Oct 2007 I am about the same now.

I am about 1/2 way in my journey. I hope to be in the 170's or low 180's by my 1 year anniversary. (mid june) At goal by my birthday in october. I have learnt this is a ongoing process and that quick fixes don't work. My outrageous goals of 30lbs a month are in the past. I have learnt that my days on carbs lead to indigestion and brain fog and I just feel so much better when I reduce them. This woe is a life change for feeling better and not just a diet now. That is the biggest progress so far not the photos.
