What do the stars and reputation in the user name box mean? any other tricks/tips that we need to know??

I can't remember the levels exactly but I think 10 posts get you 2 stars, and 100 posts gets you 3 stars, and 300 posts gets you 4 stars, and 500 posts gets you 5 stars. Reps can be added to a member by another member. Just click on the rep number to see why other members repped them.
